What is tapping, and how does it work for singers?
Tapping, or EFT, uses your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points on your body. This reduces emotional distress, making it effective for singers dealing with performance anxiety and emotional blocks.
While every artist is different, many singers experience less performance anxiety and greater confidence within just a few weeks of consistent practice, and it’s common to experience a reduction in stress almost immediately. Obviously, results do vary from person to person, and practice really makes all the difference!
Do I need any prior experience with tapping?
No experience is necessary! Our program offers step-by-step instructions to help you begin, whether you’re new to tapping or have already had experiences with EFT.
